The Climate Change Infrastructure Corporation (“CCI”) is a private holding company and leading financial solution provider focused on the low-carbon, water constrained, alternative energy and efficiency marketplace. CCI is experienced in structuring and managing funds, having mobilised over C$500M of capital as well as acting as manager of its own assets. Decades of experience that includes defining investment strategies, building out, launching, investing and successfully exiting funds gives CCI an advantage over less seasoned companies. Since 1993, we have also assisted others in building and managing pools of capital and purchase secondary interests in existing portfolio holdings. All fund management activities are carried out through CCI’s wholly owned subsidiary Quantum Leap Asset Management Ltd (“Quantum Leap”).
Capital Markets - C3M

CCI is pleased to announce the formation of its Capital Markets Business Unit ("C3M") with headquarters in Toronto and London and regional offices to be opened in China, Brazil and the US. Since inception, CCI has defined and benefitted from the continued evolution and fortification of the environmental attributes marketplace (effectively paying to pollute). CCI maintains the belief that voluntary markets will roll over into a compliance driven marketplace defined by the Kyoto Protocol, creating an overwhelming need for highly specialized solutions and services. CCI believes that the price to pollute (air, water or soil) will create additional capital market-like structures. C3M's focus, set in the context of risk management, is on monetisation and management of environmental instruments.
Tangerine Tango - C3M
New Launch! CCI, working in partnership with Sustainable Development Technology Canada (“SDTC”), is pleased to announce the launch of Tangerine Tango Environmental Attributes Monetization Services Corp. (“Tangerine Tango”), a Canadian based initiative focused on providing capital market services and environmental attributes maximization solutions for a portfolio of companies. CCI and SDTC have worked with a first class team of global experts since October 2008, developing a bespoke program enabling portfolio companies to benefit from a select group of services in an economy of scale environment.
